It was distilled off-site by highly-rated whiskey-maker, Brian Hollingworth at his Black gate Distillery on behalf of Steve Timmis, owner and distiller of Fossey’s Ginporium. Each bottle is individually signed and numbered by the distiller and with a run of only 100 bottles, don’t miss out on adding this gem to your collection or drinking stock today.

Signature Black Gate smoke on the nose like a small fire after the rain with fresh cut flowers, and vanilla lollypops. A youthful and sooty palate with a real pepper kick spotted on sultana bread, ending in a hot and medium dry finish.
