This is one persistent whisky that does not let up – It’s Heartwood to the bone, rich and juicy with an intense palate that is not overdone. The flavours come in thick bursts that seem to roll off the tongue with ease. The finish will stay with you long after the final pour. A Hail Mary……? We think not. Both H’s knew exactly what they were doing all along!

Description:
This expression has the Duckett duo blending, belting and bruising bourbon, sherry and port casks with a good dose of random samples, all poured in the sweat box to eliminate volatiles, throwing a ‘Hail Mary’ and hoping for a favourable result.
With Tim Duckett commenting that “The label tells the story of its production. Junior H wanted to call the whisky “ *^%# It”. That wasn’t appropriate. Hail Mary might be the loooongest whisky we have ever produced”
