Palate: Stewed prunes intensified with dark chocolate and bittersweet black coffee. A hint of candied ginger and chocolate orange to finish with touches of gummy cola bottles
Finish: Long, sweet and oily

From the whisky library of Dan Woolley comes ‘P.Xmas Came Early’. A union of 5 x 35 litre Spanish oak Pedro Ximinez casks married together and bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV. This release sold out in under an hour on Highwayman’s website and Dan Woolly has sent a small allocation our way for our loyal supporters too.
