Nose: Burnt caramel, toasted pecans, roasting coffee beans, over ripe red grapes and raw cacao.
Palate: Figs, medjool dates, freshly baked pecan pie, golden syrup, candied ginger and treacle, with a Long, rich and oily finish
Finish: Long, spicy and lingering.

Description:
From the whisky library of Dan Woolley comes ‘Twenty Super Toasted’. This whisky was triple matured starting life in a 100L French oak red wine cask before being transferred into 2 x 40L French oak tawny casks and finally finished in 4 x 20L refill wet tawny casks. It’s bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV and makes for the perfect desert whisky.
Like all Highwayman releases, this bottling sold out in under an hour on Highwayman’s website and Dan Woolly has sent a small allocation our way for our loyal supporters too.
