Palate: Beautiful balance of oak and spirit with red grapes and sweet pastries lingering with hints of coconut-rough. Multi layered dark gummy fruits with sweet cinnamon and Candy finishing w red apples
Finish: Gentle Medium long finish

Description:
This batch sees Dan Woolley take Lord Byron distillery’s unpeated spirit and mature it in 100 litre, super heavy charred French oak, ex-dry red wine cask from the Seppeltsfield cooperage in South Australia. Aged for just under 3 years, the whisky was bottled exclusively for the Facebook group AWAS (Australian Whisky Appreciation Society), that sold out in a few hours during the pre-sale. Popular stuff!
