Description:
This batch sees Dan Woolley take Lord Byron distillery’s heavily peated spirit, and matured the liquid in 3x 40L first fill bourbon casks for just over 20 months. He then tipped and married the whisky together in a first fill 200L Heaven Hill Bourbon Cask for an additional 6 months resulting in a punchy whisky that’s all bananas and cream.

The whisky barrel was bottled exclusively for the Facebook group AWAS (Australian Whisky Appreciation Society), that sold out in a few hours during the pre-sale. Popular stuff!
