The Dark Side
Cask Type: 2 x 100L 1st fill PX casks & 250L PX cask used to age an imperial stout.
Nose: Dark chocolate Black Forrest cake with a hint of Brazil nuts. Powdered drinking chocolate and stewed prunes with the faint aroma of antique furniture.
Palate: Dark salted chocolate up front with glimmers of nutmeg and glacé cherries. Mocha and burnt toffee with hints of soft saltiness and sweet integrated smoke. With a Long with touches of coffee and dark chocolate.

Treacherous Radicals
Cask Type: Peated Apera finished in tequila and non-peated tawny and red wine casks
Nose: Almond sponge cake and iron bark honey. Hints of candied ginger, tiramisu and mocha. Gentle sweet earthiness
Palate: Warm cocoa, roasted mixed nuts, dried dark fruits and Jaffa. Creamed honey and coffee cake. Finish: Salty and savory, lingering with a mocha earthiness

Whisky Coffee Maple
Cask Type: Coffee Seasoned Casks
Nose: Burnt coffee, dark cacao and golden syrup with a toffee like sweetness.
Palate: Dark salted chocolate up front with glimmers of nutmeg and glacé cherries. Mocha and burnt toffee with hints of soft saltiness and sweet integrated smoke. With a Long with touches of coffee and dark chocolate.
