Description:
This delightful Highwayman ‘Whisky & Dreams’ single cask bottling is a unique work of art and quite possibly Dan’s finest release to date. Highwayman peated spirit was distilled at Lord Byron distillery before being aged in a Tipo Jerez 125L Mexican sherry style cask that displays flavours of both Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez style sherries, whilst still having that peated Highwayman DNA running through the back bone.
Bottled exclusively for Whisky and Dreams 2024, you won’t find many of these in the wild, and we’re offering them up at one per customer
