This hand signed whisky is non-chill-filtered and aged for a minimum of 2 years in a French oak, Merlot cask before been bottle at 48.2% abv. Been a small batch distillery, only a limited number of bottles are yielded for each release making their whisky quite sort after. The whisky comes in a limited edition natural premium beechwood presentation box, handcrafted by Hillwood cooper and brother of the master distiller, Brendon Herron.
