Description
Here’s a hidden gem from the Tamar Valley Distillery located in Hillwood Tasmania on the banks of the Tamar River where Paul Herron, Master Distiller and his triplet sons, ply their trade, combining their skills to produce a whisky abundant in flavour and heart.
This hand signed whisky is non-chill-filtered and aged for a minimum of 2 years in a French oak, Pinot Noir cask before been bottle directly from the barrel at 62.4% abv. Been a small batch distillery, only a limited number of bottles are yielded for each release making their whisky quite sort after. The whisky comes in a limited edition natural premium beechwood presentation box, handcrafted by Hillwood cooper and brother of the master distiller, Brendon Herron.
