Nose: Full and sweet. Golden syrup, stewed apple, cloves, and almond nougat.
Palate: Wonderfully lifted, warm, and slightly resinous. Dark toffee, candied citrus, and nutty dry oak.
Finish: Gunpowder, tobacco, and treacle. The Rum really comes into its own on the finish and invokes romantic musings of the Wild West.

Lark’s third Rum Cask release brings together a wonderful union of single malt whisky and their very own unique Tasmanian rum.
The creation of Lark’s ‘Quiet Cannon Rum’ leaves them with an abundance of sticky, decadent rum casks that make the perfect pairing for their famed, rich malt. Ten lavishly fortified ex-Sherry casks were chosen from their Bothwell distillery, married together and finished in said rum casks resulting in an aromatic and gooey single malt with notes of espresso martini’s, ripe orange peel and toasted pecans. Get your six guns ready, because this is one belter of a wild whisky!
