Nose: Wonderfully full, sweet, and aromatic. Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate covered candied ginger.
Palate: Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak. Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity.
Finish: Long, warm, and woody. Raisins, candied peel, dark chocolate, and old saddle leather.

Here’s the follow up to Lark’s 2020, inaugural Sherry Aged and Sherry Finished release that captured taste buds around the world being awarded Gold and 95 points (out of 100) at the highly regarded International Wine and Spirits Competition.
This second Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished Release is a ‘Triple Sherry Cask’ inspired by some of the world’s most famous sherry bombs. It’s a marriage of first-fill ex-sherry casks from Lark’s Coal Valley Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia.
