Distilled by Kristy Lark (Bill Lark’s daughter), this 150ml Lark single cask, single malt whisky is a real unicorn that disappeared long ago in 2008 before the Australian whisky revolution started gaining momentum.

Tasmania’s Franklin barley, pristine water and highland peat are carefully distilled and brought together in a selected oak cask where they are quietly matured to form this special whisky.

Only one to sell so best be quick as this won’t last long.
