Nose: Top notes of lush tropical fruit, mangos and lychees kick on to reveal toffee, roasted malt, chocolate covered bananas and succulent strawberries and cream.
Palate: One of the funkiest palates Lark have ever produced. Rich chocolate malt, liquorice, bananas and an incredible hit of smoke with roasted malt and intense oak.
Finish: Long, fruity, dark and brooding, leaving traces of smoke that reveal… my, what big teeth you have.

Off the back of the enormous (sell-out) success of the first & second Wolf release comes Lark’s third collaboration with Victorian brewing company Wolf of the Willows.
Once again, empty whisky casks were carefully selected by Wolf of the Willows Brewing, decanted, and sent on a journey across the Bass Strait. These casks were then filled with the Wolf’s Imperial Johnny Smoked Porter, left to age and work their magic on the beer before being emptied and returned to Tasmania, to be refilled with Lark single malt whisky. The result is this Lark/Wolf release which sees Lark divert from its standard packaging to produce this visually stunning JSP-influenced single malt whisky that reflects an adventurous and collective journey.
