Matured in rare Sylvain Signature Virgin French Oak barrels, typically reserved for the finest French wines, this whisky presents a stunning sunburst amber colour, reflecting the golden sunsets over the picturesque Derwent Valley.
The release pays homage to the Tasmania’s pristine wilderness that meets long meandering waterways, causing a fine mist to roll through the valley. Campfires along the Derwent provide warmth as temperatures drop, along with the light, where Lawrenny whisky helps warm the cockles.
