After the tremendous reception of Nonesuch’s previous Pinot cask expression, we’ve been keenly waiting for this release. Once again, the spirit was aged in an ex Pinot-Noir 20 litre cask and the good folks at the distillery are said to be delighted with its complexity and unique flavour.

Nonesuch produces micro batches of whisky with flavour profiles that are unique and memorable, and due to the small output of supply, (only 41 bottles were yielded from the cask), they can make sure the whisky receives the level of attention required to craft it to perfection.
