This extraordinary bourbon cask, single-malt whiskey offering from Otter Craft Distilling is their 4th release and is one of only three bottles that Head Distiller, Eduardo Otter hand-filled at cask strength, coming in at a colossal 71% ABV. He graciously parted with 1 bottle to add to our whiskey portfolio with the other 2 bottles going to bars.

Release 4 is the result of 16 hand mashes and 18 distillations, a slow and repetitive process that defines OCD’s work ethic of leaving nothing to chance when striving to achieve perfection.
