As cost-of-living pressures hit us all, it’s invigorated to see an Aussie distillery make this change, throwing caution to the wind and giving back a little. Change is only made when the brave few decide to make a difference, so let’s support OCD’s journey as one of 3 Australian distilleries to pull the trigger and move to large format bottlings.

Now, let’s chat about the whiskey in this delightful release…..

Weighing in at quaffable 48% ABV, the spirit was aged for 5 years in an ex-Shiraz cask that was coopered down to 100L from 250L and given a heavy char. The barrel was sourced from a vineyard in Orange by old wine maker Murray Smith, and the result….? Whisky bliss.
