Bottling Notes
This cask strength, Port Cask matured Australian whisky was laid to rest for at least 5 years in an ex-port, French oak barrel that once held port that was purportedly aged for up to 50 years. The hand-selected barrels have been cut down into quarter cask (100 litres) capacity producing an intense whisky of incredible character and flavour. Non-chill filtered with no added colouring, each bottle is individually labelled with barrel and bottle numbers.
