The Rochfort distillery in South Australia opened its doors at the beginning of 2019 and has really hit the ground running and are already up to their 8th release of single-malt whisky. This whisky was aged in a Maxwell Wines Port cask that yielded 28 bottles and is sure to be a sell-out as the distilleries whisky is quickly gaining cult status amongst the Australian whisky faithful.
