This Limited-Edition Spring Bay expression was matured in a single Madeira cask and released to celebrate Tasmania’s Winter weather.
With Spring Bay distillery located on Tasmania’s east coast, the flavour of the local sea salt softly infuses into their fresh rainwater allowing for a very subtle marine influence with beautiful, sweet undertones. We’re big fans of Cam and Suzie (Spring Bay’s owners and distillers) with all their releases resulting in quality spirit, and this Dark Mofo gem is certainly a collector’s dream.
