This is Spring Bay’s second ‘Bourbon Cask’ release that was matured in 50 litre American Oak, Wild Turkey barrels and then bottled at 46% alc with a yield of 74 bottles. It’s whisky made right, using local ingredients, hand-crafted by the sea on the East coast of Tasmania!
