Sweet caramel spirit and plum pudding spices join a clean, bright alcohol explosion which spreads across the palate to settle in and glow. Hints of cherry cordial and some nutty undertones clearly display the quality of both the spirit and the wood in developing harmony.

Description:
The name of Spring Bay’s cask strength releases, ‘Rheban’ is derived from the majestic 1500-acre sheep station just south of the distillery that overlooks Maria Island and the untamed and seductive Rheban beach. The whisky was laid to rest in ex-Tawny, French oak and then bottled at a cask strength of 58%alc. We love the fact that the distillery is releasing their whisky in 700ml bottles which is a real rarity these days in the Australian whisky industry – Much more bang for your buck.
