Sullivans Cove American Oak Single Cask is the distillery’s most awarded expression, and is overall the most awarded Australian whisky ever, with a strong malt backbone and flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak. As a single cask bottling, every tiny batch is different, expressing the unique characteristics of each barrel.

Cask number TD0336 was distilled in November of 2008 and decanted in February 2021 for a maturation of 12-years in a single, 200-litre, first-fill American oak ex-bourbon cask. Yielding 257 bottles in total, this whisky is bottled at a strength of 47.5% abv and is non-chill-filtered with no added colour.
