Official Tasting notes:
Nose: Lovely mix of caramel fudge, caramelised bananas, condensed milk and bright, fresh, banana leaves. Mars Bar, salted peanuts, and malty arrowroot biscuits. Lime leaf, grapefruit juice, white pepper, clove, star anise and a sweet earthy note, like the rainforest.
Palate: Country slice! Jam, sweet biscuit base and custard. Fills the palate well- no part is left untouched! Apple tart and a quite fudgy, bringing back childhood memories of the lolly shop at Kangaroo Valley. Sweet, fresh oranges and lovely briny, agave, fine Tequila note. Banana smoothie where vanilla is fine, not overbearing, but leads humbly.
Finish: Crisp fresh apples, grapefruit juice and orange rind. Nice light vanilla, malty earthiness with a touch of sweetness. Coconut, cloves, a hint of allspice and white chocolate. Burst of kiwi fruit and glacé cherries leading to a lengthy finish of coconut and caramel fudge
