Non-chill-filtered and with no added colour, the whisky is handcrafted to perfection in a bespoke copper pot still and created from renowned Tasmanian barley. It’s then double distilled using pure wilderness water from rainforests and mountains around Hobart.
Head Distiller, Patrick Maguire comments:
“Apples, apples, and more apples on the nose. Also notes of lavender and plenty of complexity if you're willing to spend a little time with it. This batch is all vanilla ice cream, grapes and liquorice on the palate. A lovely and textural Double Cask.”/em>
