Description:
Released in 2021 via ballot, this French Oak ex-tawny (port) cask TD0216 was distilled in November 2007 during the Tasmania Distillery (TD) era under head distiller Patrick Maguire, and then decanted in May 2021 for a maturation of over 13 years in a single, 300L cask.
Sullivans Cove French oak ex-Tawny has become one of the most sought-after whiskies in the world, and the bottle that put the Australian whisky industry on the map after winning World’s Best at the World Whiskies Awards in 2014 and 2019.
