This American Oak Cask HH0333 was distilled in June of 2000 and bottled in October of 2017, making it a colossal 17 years old. The 200L American Oak ex-bourbon cask produced only 244 bottles and is one of the oldest whiskies ever released from Sullivans Cove. It’s a prime example of Sullivan Cove’s most awarded style and a rare opportunity to try an Australian whisky of considerable age.

With a rich caramel and musk nose; bright spice and stewed apples on the palate with a whiff of struck match, /and finishing on lingering spice and charred oak.
NOSE: Malt, vanilla, white flowers and wood shop
PALATE: Caramel, pound cake and apricots
FINISH: Lingering malt texture and powerful oak
