Description:
American Oak Old & Rare Single Cask HH0031 was distilled during the Highland Holdings era of ownership (1999-2004) and was filled on the 29th of October, 1999 and decanted on the 3rd of July, 2020, for a maturation of 20 years and 8 months. After such a long maturation, this 200-litre American oak ex-bourbon cask yielded only 118 bottles at 45% abv.
