Description:
Every once in a while, Sullivans Cove finds something exceptional in their warehouse, different from their usual French oak tawny and American oak bourbon casks. They label these offerings ‘Special Single Cask’ Tasmanian single malt whisky.

Only available at the distillery’s cellar door, this Special Cask Edition #10, TD0304, was aged for 12 years in a single 300-litre, first fill American oak ex-Muscat fortified wine cask. Bottled at 45.5% abv, this whisky is the second American oak ex-muscat cask ever to be released by Sullivans Cove.
