Description:
This expression is the 1st ‘Sawford’ release in the TIB portfolio that features a marriage of Tokay and Port casks. It has been the fastest selling TIB release to date, selling out in days on the TIB website and bond store, now consigned to the TIB archives. Sawford Distillery is the precursor for the second coming of Overeem and TIB acquired some of their new make spirit for this expression – Tim has sent a tidy allocation our way and these beauties won’t last long!

“We will say, its sweet spot is at 50.9% ABV. It is a marriage of a Tokay and Port Casks. The spirit was distilled at Sawford distillery and matched to cask selected by TIB. Junior H constructed a whisky aimed at exhibiting the spirit characteristics of the distillery”
