Bottling Notes

Tasmanian Independent Bottlers is owned and operated by whisky legend Tim Duckett who has bought us the magical Heartwood whisky lines throughout the years. All TIB expressions are bottled between 46% and 50% alc which is a change from the Heartwood cask strength releases that have at times topped 70% alc.

With this expression, Tim has sourced new-make of Redlands origin (Old Kempton Distillery) and matured it in an Oloroso Sherry cask. Many blogs and whisky aficionados are calling this the pick of all the TIB releases to date as all 192 bottles sold out virtually immediately on the TIB website.

We were fortunate enough for Tim to send us a handful of bottles for our virtual shelves so be quick on this one. 😉
