An exceptional collectors’ limited-edition single cask whisky that was blended in 2016 from nine Tasmanian distilleries including Sullivans Cove, Lark, Overeem, Belgrove, McHenry, Redlands, Mackey, Iron House and Fanny’s Bay. The single Sherry cask was left to mature at Fannys Bay Distillery for over 2 years and then bottled by Mathew & Julie Cooper from Fannys Bay in June 2018.

Only 26 bottles were yielded from a blend of the best matured new-make that Tasmania has to offer. It’s a rare piece of Tasmanian whisky history that would be the cornerstone of any Australian whisky collection.
