Description:
Here’s an exceptional, limited-edition, single cask whisky that was blended in 2016 from nine Tasmanian distilleries including Sullivans Cove, Lark, Overeem, Belgrove, McHenry, Redlands, Mackey, Iron House and Fanny’s Bay. The single Port cask was left to mature at McHenry Distillery for over 2 years and then bottled by William McHenry in 2018.

Only 30 bottles were yielded from a blend of the best matured new-make spirit that Tasmania has to offer. This is our only bottle to sell and is the highly sort after unicorn Bottle Number 1.

The Tasmanian Whisky Collection Background
In 2015, nine members of the Tasmanian Whisky Producers Association each donated twenty-litres of new make spirit to be expertly blended at Tasmania Distillery. The resultant spirit was then used to fill eleven purpose-built casks. The filled casks were then sent back to each distillery for maturation on site.
