Description:
Here’s an exceptional, limited-edition single cask whisky that was blended in 2016 from nine Tasmanian distilleries including Sullivans Cove, Lark, Overeem, Belgrove, McHenry, Redlands, Mackey, Iron House and Fannys Bay. The single Pinot cask was left to mature at the Old Kempton Distillery for over 2 years and then bottled by Robbie Gilligan (ex-distiller) in 2018.

Only 38 bottles were yielded from a blend of the best matured new-make spirit that Tasmania has to offer. This is our only bottle to sell – Bottle 29 of 38.

The 2018 Tasmanian Whisky Collection Background
In 2015, nine members of the Tasmanian Whisky Producers Association each donated twenty-litres of new make spirit to be expertly blended at Tasmania Distillery. The resultant spirit was then used to fill eleven purpose-built casks. The filled casks were then sent back to each distillery for maturation on site.
