This single cask expression (HH0363) contains some of the oldest Sullivans Cove whisky ever produced and was independently bottled by Thornbury Spirits Co. along with 2 more expressions in 2017. The whisky was distilled in 2000 and then laid to rest for 17 glorious years in an ex-bourbon cask before been bottled 62.5% ABV.
