Bottling Notes

This special Suntory release was bottled and released in 2014 in honour of the Peninsula hotel in Tokyo, one of the finest hotels in the world. This sherry-matured bottling was blended by Suntory Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo and contains whisky from Yamazaki, Chita and Hakushu.

Although Suntory and the Peninsula Hotel have kept the type of whiskies used in this bottling a closely guarded secret, it’s rumoured to contain whisky from the iconic Yamazaki and Hakushu 25-year-old expressions. Oh, yum yum!!

Rare investment grade whisky that should appreciate nicely over time.
