Description
This 12-year-old Speysider from the Craigellachie distillery is part of Wm Cadenhead’s 2021 ‘Original Collection’ that has replaced the earlier Single Cask and Small Batch collections with the entire range bottled at 46% ABV. It’s a vatting of 65% refill sherry butts and 35% fresh madeira casks. As with all of Cadenhead’s products this whisky is free from chill filtration and artificial colourings.
Cadenhead’s tells us that; “The sweetness on the nose indicates what is to come, with dark fruits dominant on the palate and icing sugar on the finish. A consistent and reliable dram that delivers exactly what you expect”
