Official tasting notes:
Nose: Really creamy and oily, with paraffin smoke, lime pickle and petrol lawnmowers.
Palate: Dry smoke gives way to initially sour apples then becomes creamier with gooseberries and liquorice.
Finish: Oily smoke and fruit – a classic.
