Description
From the extensive collection of W.M. Cadenhead ‘Small Batch’ independent bottlings comes this 17-year-old year old single malt distilled by the Glen Moray Distillery. They have been crafting whisky since 1897 in the ancient town of Elgin, the capital of the Speyside whisky region, on what was once the Elgin West Brewery site on the banks of the River Lossie.
The whisky was laid to rest for 20 years in a duo of bourbon hogsheads and then bottled at cask strength in 2015. Like all Cadenhead’s small batch expressions, this whisky is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
