The Glenfiddich 25-year-old ‘Rare Oak’ was matured in a combination of European-oak, Sherry butts and American-oak bourbon barrels.
It was then married together in small batches by Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman and bottled at 43% ABV resulting in a whisky with rich fruit flavours and well-rounded vanilla notes.
