Our tasting notes:

What a whisky!
NOSE: Huge waves of rich, sweet sherry! Honey drenched figs – a dark fruit medley of smells followed by ripe, wet tobacco, cherry dark chocolate and elume spiced cinnamon melts…… a decadent, devilish flavour bomb!
PALATE: Thick! Rum infused fruit cake – glazed dates, Commandaria, my fathers old leather study chair, the perfect balance of tannins and sherry – exquisite.
FINISH: Keeps going and going and going….. cherry pie, candied orange peel, oak, tingling –  A midnight dram – outstanding!
