The Distillers Edition bottlings are released each year and take the core of Diageo’s ‘Classic Malts’ collection and finish them in unique wine casks selected by the Master Distiller.

Distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2016, this Glenkinchie Distillers Edition has undergone an exclusive second maturation in casks previously containing Amontillado Sherry. Amontillado sherry wine is delicate and dry with a real nutty finish and these characteristics are subtly imparted in the whisky.
