Rich sherry aromas demerara sugar, stewed fruits and a hint of beeswax polish. The palate is peppery with plum, raspberry and banana flavours developing into a long and creamy finish.

There’s only one distillery for whom Gordon & MacPhail reserve the title ‘Speymalt’ and that’s the Macallan Distillery. Established in 1824 and situated overlooking the fishing beats on the River Spey, the Macallan Distillery produces a beautiful elaborate spirit that G&M purchase and carefully mature in premium oak casks ordered specifically for the ‘Speymalt from Macallan Distillery’ range.
Each bottling carries the vintage of distillation and the year of bottling, capturing an exceptionally mature single malt whisky, and this 19-year-old illustrates the very heart of The Macallan in the hands of an iconic independent bottler.
