Description
The Soleo Collection takes its name from the tradition of sun-drying grapes which creates the foundation for crafting the finest Spanish sherry. The grapes are placed under the heat of the Andalusian sun where they change from bright green and yellow to deep purple signalling the perfect moment for fermentation. The range has also parted ways with vintages and is focusing on age statements.
Matured entirely in sherry seasoned oak casks and 100% natural in colour, The Glenrothes Soleo 18-year-old is a complex and well-rounded expression, perfect with an after-dinner cigar or to compliment fine chocolate and artisan cheese.
