The Macallan has released this exclusive collection to mark the opening of the first ever Macallan stand-alone boutique at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Bottled at whopping 57% alc, The Macallan Boutique Collection is a no-age-statement (NAS) expression drawn from a select number of maturing casks reserved only for the honorary guests visiting Easter Elchies House, the spiritual home of The Macallan.
Notes of rich dry fruits with a hint of fresh toffee apple and polished oak on the nose. Full flavoured, rich and smooth, this distinctive single malt whisky tingles the tip of the tongue, followed by a burst of soft spices and dried fruits coating the mouth, leaving a subtle not of lingering oak.
