Peated to 40ppm (phenols per million), the Ledaig 18-year-old is deliciously rich, non-chill filtered and natural in colour. It’s also the second peated release in Tobermory’s core Ledaig range that was finished in sherry casks. The inspiration for this whisky comes from the traditional style of single malts that were originally distilled on the Isle of Mull resulting in a balanced, sweet and floral aromas with the richness and warmth of sea salt and smoke.

The Ledaig range proves that Islay isn’t the only place that can offer up deliciously peated whisky with the Tobermory distillers completely across their brief when it comes to peated malts. A stunning dram indeed!
