Description
Bottled by Decadent Drinks Ltd, this release is Edition No.61 in the Whisky Sponge series that was distilled at one of our favourite Islay ‘green tinged’ distilleries located on the south-coast of Islay. This expression has been matured in a refill barrel for 31 peaceful years and then bottled at 51% ABV yielding bottles.

“Featuring a slightly more thoughtful label themed around memory, family and the future, this is probably as close as we’ll get to bottling named whisky from ‘that’ particular southern Islay distillery. We opted to bottle this cask at natural cask strength as we felt it was just perfect as it came from the wood.”
