There’s some serious magic happening in the foothills of kunanyi (aka Mt. Wellington), Tasmania. It’s where Dale Williams ardently plies his trade at Wellington Park distillery bottling delicious single cask whisky using some of the freshest water in the world.
Matured in a 50 litre American Oak, ex Bourbon cask using Eden’s award winning (Australia’s Best) New Make Spirit (Gold Medal WWA23, Silver Medal WWA 22). The whisky is huge on flavour without overpowering the palate offering rich caramels, coconut flesh and beautiful cask notes with a yield of 110 bottles.
