Description:
Here’s the first ever Australian whisky release aged in a Fino sherry cask! This whisky is triple matured seeing its first 2 years in multiple 40L first fill American oak ex bourbon casks. These casks were then tipped and vatted before seeing the second maturation in a 120L Spanish oak ex Fino sherry cask. The whisky was then finished in a 200L American oak ex bourbon barrel making it 3 times the charm!

Only 100 bottles were made available for retail and like all Highwayman releases, this bottling is already sold out on Highwayman’s website with Dan sending a generous allocation our way for our loyal supporters too.
